Happy 1st Birthday Three Streams!

Wow…its exactly a year to the day since this blog was first created. Considering I have had a few attempts at blogs over the years, that’s not bad going!
I’ve certainly enjoyed blogging over this last year, setting up google analytics has been an interesting thing as it has revealed that people actually stop by to read this thing! Amazing.
The website upgrade has certainly raised the profile of three-streams and I’m grateful to everyone who takes the time to check out three-streams and who leaves a comment. Its always encouraging to know that people are engaging with your stuff. I could do the whole, well I’m only blogging for me thing and say that I don’t mind if no one ever reads it, but for me its just not true! lol.
One thing that I have enjoyed about the blogosphere, apart from blogging, is that it has connected me with other Christian bloggers. Stumbling across Bobby Sparks blog: My Spiritual Journey has proven to be a divine connection by divine appointment! If you get the chance, pay his blog a visit. His own stuff is a good read and he also has a rich catalogue of links to great resources.
I’m also quite grateful to many of the lads from the Scottish Baptist College, some of them pop by the blog from time to time. Prior to my two years at the college I was an evangelist with an extreme arminian edge. Many of the lads were reformed in their theology (darn Calvinists! lol) and it was the discussions involving reformed theology that partly contributed to my own journey along Calvinist paths. You can be thankful, had it not been for them the stuff getting promoted on this blog would be a lot worse! lol
Anyway, to those of you who do take the time to read some of the stuff here. Why not take the opportunity to leave a comment and give some feed back on how you have found three-streams, what you think about it and any tips which could improve it. Remember be critical but be nice!

Happy Birthday Three Streams! I think it was a divine appointment; I’ve enjoyed your insights, and if I ever get to Scotland we’ll hang out.
God Bless

If it we’re not for your posting a paul washer video I wouldn’ have stumbled upon his now famous sermon which God moved through in a large way and I finally understood the gospel.
So personally I think your blog is great and I don’t think it was a coincidence when I stumbled upon it when I did.
God bless

Praise God. Thanks for the encouragement guys.
Lee, God is doing some mighty things in your life, keep pressing in.
How did the witnessing go?
I used to do street evangelism in Pailsey fairly reguarly. Have been meaning to get back out. I bought a portable P.A system a few months ago but have not had the time or the opportunity to get out and do some testimonies and gospel presentations on the street.
We need to meet up for a coffee, and a chat. If you are interested in street evangelism and your up for coming ou with myself, and maybe some others in the near future, let me know.
Bobby, it would be great to meet up with you some time. If the Lord wills, who knows, maybe in Scottish soil or maybe in American! Perhaps I’ll join an N.F and convince the pastor to send a team out to Alabama to plant a church!

Yeah John I’d be well up for meeting up n’ getting involved. I went out n’ spoke to people around the college and on the renfrew road and just straight up asked people if they wanted to hear about the gospel and about Jesus Christ, some said no, gave out some tracts(making my own tract as I type this :P).
Was a good experience to be honest I’m going to go out on Sunday after church too but actual paisley this time when people aren’t as busy.
Anyway God bless n’ have a good weekend.
